Our transparent bundles are best fit for:

  • Patients without insurance (self-pay)
  • Self-insured employers
  • Patients with insurance but are out-of-network
  • Patients with high-deductible plans

Please note that if you have insurance, choosing one of these self-pay packages waives your right to send the charges associated with the appointment to insurance.
