Job Description: Seeking team player with a customer service focus and commitment.  The Switchboard Operator courteously and efficiently operates the Practice’s central communications center so that the management of telephone calls achieves the highest standards of patient service and satisfaction.  

Requirements: This individual must be outgoing and sensitive to patient needs with strong communication skills. A high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-2 years of medical office experience is preferred.

Pre-Certification Specialist (Full Time)

Job Description: This position is responsible for obtaining pre-certifications and preauthorization’s for inpatient and outpatient procedures per provider’s orders. This position requires attention to detail, exceptional time management skills, the ability to stay focused and organized with acute attention to detail. Individual must be organized, and be able to manage a demanding workload with accuracy.

Requirements: This individual must have minimum 2 years of experience in the medical office setting, preferably in medical authorizations.

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) (Full Time)

Job Description:  Seeking team player with customer service focus and commitment. The Certified Medical Assistant or Registerd Medical Assistant performs various direct patient care activities under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. Assists with diagnostic testing and clinical procedures in accordance with level of training and departmental procedures. 

Requirements:  This individual must be a high school graduate and possess certification from an accredited medical assistant program. Must possess willingness to accept direction and perform repetitive tasks. Previous medical experience is desirable.

Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Job Description:  The Executive Assistant will provide a variable scale of administrative support to the Operations team, primarily focused on high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and c-suite. 

Requirements:  This individual must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.  Critical thinking skills and a positive attitude are essential.  High school graduate or equivalent, Associates degree in health or business administration preferred.  Administrative training and general knowledge of medical office processes preferred.  Minimum of two years administrative experience including one year with healthcare organization.
