Accounts Receivable Specialist (Full Time)
Job Description: Responsible for all aspects of medical billing and accounts receivable management including charge entry, payment posting, customer service, and follow-up in accordance with practice guidelines with an emphasis on maximizing patient satisfaction and profitability. Responsible for submitting corrected insurance claims electronically. Responsible for providing coverage for the Account Support Specialist when needed.

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) (Full Time)
Job Description: Seeking team player with customer service focus and commitment. The Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant performs various direct patient care activities under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. Assists with diagnostic testing and clinical procedures in accordance with level of training and departmental procedures.
Requirements: This individual must be a high school graduate and possess certification from an accredited medical assistant program. Must possess willingness to accept direction and perform repetitive tasks. Previous medical experience is desirable.

Clerical Floater (Full Time)
Job Description: With a strong customer service focus and commitment, the Clerical Floater is responsible for providing support in the office setting to achieve the highest standards of patient service and satisfaction. This is a floating position covering for all assigned practice departments. Duties include coordination of office based, hospital based and ambulatory facility appointments including: provider schedules, radiology, surgery, procedures and physical therapy appointments. Other duties include responsibility for obtaining pre-certifications and pre-authorizations for outpatient and inpatient surgical, radiological, and various other appointment types.
Requirements: This individual must be outgoing and sensitive to patient needs. Outstanding telephone communication skills, exceptional time management, and excellent attention to detail are required. Individual must be organized and able to manage a demanding workload with accuracy.
